1. Processing Time
All garments are carefully handmade. Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; if so, you’ll be notified by email.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination country.

Within Sweden: flat rate of SEK 49 via PostNord.
Within the EU: flat rate of SEK 99 via PostNord or DHL.
Free shipping on orders over SEK 1500.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship with PostNord Tracked Letter (≤2 kg) or DHL Parcel Connect.
Average delivery times:
Sweden: 1–3 business days
EU: 3–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

4. Sustainable Packaging
All orders are shipped in biodegradable mailers or recycled boxes. We avoid plastic wherever possible.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Kubista@yahoo.com.
We’ll assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn and unwashed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

7. Customs & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
